1. What is the starting price for your gowns?
Our bridal gowns start at $5,000 USD and eveningwear begins at $1,000 USD. Each piece is meticulously made-to-order through a couture process, tailored exclusively to your measurements. We use only premium fabrics, custom embellishments, and artisanal craftsmanship to create a gown that is uniquely yours. Final pricing varies by design, silhouette, and level of detailing—please refer to the individual product pages for exact pricing.
2. How can I place my order?
Please place your order directly through our official website. If you have any questions or would like to request minor layout customizations, kindly fill out our Contact Form — we’re here to assist you with care and elegance.
3. How long does it take to make my gown?
We recommend ordering your gown 6 to 8 months before your wedding date to allow time for production, shipping, and any final tailoring. Our bridal gowns are crafted through a couture process and made specifically for your measurements, often with intricate handmade details.
For eveningwear, please place your order at least 4 months in advance of your event as we advise allowing extra time for fittings or unforeseen adjustments.
4. Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary express shipping on all U.S. bridal and eveningwear orders. For added security, a signature is required upon delivery.
For international orders, we provide fully insured, premium express shipping at a flat rate of $300 USD. Each gown is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Customs duties and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that while we partner with trusted express carriers and delays are rare, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed, as we are unable to control potential disruptions caused by the shipping provider. These may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or remote destinations such as Hawaii, Alaska, or select international regions.
5. Can I request design changes?
We offer complimentary minor layout customizations, such as adjustments to the neckline, sleeve length, or train. All changes must be pre-approved by our design team prior to production. We reserve the right to decline requests that may compromise the gown’s original structure or design integrity.
Please note: Kindly ensure that your approved request is included under ‘Leave a note with your order’ at checkout to ensure our team receives it.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our gowns, cancellations are only accepted within 30 minutes of placing your order.
7. Where are orders shipped from?
All gowns are carefully packaged and shipped from the United States.
8. What if my gown doesn’t match the measurements I submitted?
At La Belle Élégance™, we take great pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail. In the rare event that your gown does not align with the measurements you submitted due to an error on our part, we will gladly remake the gown at no additional cost. However, we are not responsible for gowns that do not fit correctly due to incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. To ensure peace of mind and allow ample time for any unforeseen adjustments, we kindly recommend placing your order at least 6–8 months before your wedding or special event.
9. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
As each gown is made-to-order and crafted exclusively for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, in the rare event that a measurement issue arises due to a fault on our part, we will gladly remake the gown to ensure a perfect fit.
10. How do I submit my measurements?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a measurement guide. We strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor. La Belle Élégance™ is not responsible for gowns made using inaccurate or incomplete measurements.
11. What if I need alterations after delivery?
Our gowns are custom-made to your measurements, but some clients may still require slight adjustments. We recommend working with a couture-level tailor locally. Alterations are not included in your purchase.
12. Do you offer rush orders?
Rush production may be available on a case-by-case basis. To inquire, please fill out the contact form on our website prior to ordering.

1. Returns for Regular Merchandise
At La Belle Élégance™, your satisfaction is paramount. For regular merchandise (excluding made-to-order items and gift cards), we are pleased to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be in their original, pristine condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt and original box or packaging.
Please note that returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from labelleelegance.com. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our quality standards or differ from the original purchase.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed promptly.
2. Returns for Made-to-Order Merchandise
